My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though clean, were not ideal due to the heavy cigarette smoke from other rooms. They could use some updating in terms of furniture and carpet, but cleanliness was top-notch. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff making my stay pleasant. The location was convenient, near shopping options and attractions. The dining experience was satisfying, offering a variety of hearty options. However, the facilities could use some improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
